This listing is for ONE bracket only, You must have minimum of 2 brackets to support a barre. This bracket will fit wood rod/dowel that is approximately 1 3/4" in diameter. This is a very typical ballet barre diameter. In general, if the wooden rod span is up to 7 feet long, then 2 of this bracket is enough. The seller suggested we try Home Depot, but they only have them in a 4 foot length, which makes a very short ballet barre. The seller also suggested bairdbrothers.com, but their options are very expensive, making the entire do-it-yourself ballet barre option as costly as purchasing a ready made ballet barre!
