Can't open container!!!** A: There is a little grey button right in the middle of the lid. Greb the button and pull up slightly. You will hear air being released. **Q: Where can I buy replacement parts?** A: From the manufacturer. **Q: Are these freezer safe? Are they recyclable?** A: The plastic is brittle, the seal will shrink in the freezer; I would expect cracking but have not had that happen. The plastic used says ">PCTG<" so I assume it is not recyclable. I notice that the air tight seal does not stay airtight in the fridge but this requires further testing .
