They reached out to me following my original review below and asked if I would like to try their other flavors. What I realized is that it's not the company's fault, but that's just the way Madagascar cocoa beans taste (not my cup of tea as they are sour). However, the two bars from Uganda (single origin) with Hazelnuts and Rice Crisps were really good and I would purchase them again. The Toasted Coconut bar with Madagascar beans again had the sour notes. Due to the outstanding Customer Service and great additional flavors, I am updating my rating to three stars. Sorry, could not eat this chocolate. Tastes sour and salty. Why is there 10mg sodium in the 80% cocoa version? Definitely do not recommend.
