So I contacted Dermanew to start the return process and now they want me to pay for return shipping on a defective unit!! Of all the nerve! I can't believe they don't stand behind their product. This is BAD customer service. Don't believe it when Dermanew says, " Dermanew is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service"! Review: Three Stars - Love the product, but the cream was lacking in jar only a little over halfway full.
