I have used this quite a few times because i wanted to give it a good testing before I reviewed it. Description of the product by seller is on point. Device is easy to use. Just apply pressure and watch the metal prongs slice easily into the meat. I haven't utilized the mallet sides as I prefer to get seasoning and marinades infused directly into the meat. I eat boneless cuts so i do not know how well this would work on meat that is on a bone. Cleaning is a little difficult since meat has a film that spreads onto everything. I rinse well right after use then use soapy dishwater and a rag to feed in between the rows of prongs for a thorough cleaning. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This thing is awesome. I was hesitant about it being effective at pounding chicken since it's plastic, but it proved me wrong. I pounder out some chicken breast and then tenderized it with the blades. The glided in and out of the flesh very easily. The chicken picked up much more flavor in the marinade and was so tender and juicy after being grilled. I tried it on a half inch round steak and I was exhausted and it still wasn't tenderized. The other areas for tenderizing are ver small and useless.
