I have used mine for the past few years now and it is still kicking without any hiccups. Running protools 9 with the waves bundle has been nice. Overall the product has just worked, nothing bad to say. Go out and get one! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big Step up From The Digi 002 *by M***Y on January 25, 2011* Pros: I Was about to buy a Digi 003 Console, but then I saw the price for this I said "a $1000 more for a big mouse, no way".... I got this as a step up from the digi 002... what's not to love about this... 8 XLR, 8 1/4", MIDI, AUX, free iLock. Cons: The bad thing is if you have windows 7 the installation disc is garbage it does not work (blue screen of death) NOTE! this does work with windows 7 you just have to download the free update ProTools 8.04 from the avid website. The nice thing is all your plug ins are in the iLock, so all you need to do is plug and play. Other Thoughts: Cross upgrade to Pro Tools 9 is discounted, but still in the $300 - $400 range, not worth upgrading at the moment. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/23696614-digidesign-digi-003-rack-factory](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/23696614-digidesign-digi-003-rack-factory) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
