HI AL. why doe'snt it stay switched on

To save power and when you leave the vehicle if your stood close to it it will still connect to hands free and the sound quality if phone call is poor mine doesn't switch off unless phone is out of vehicle as the 2 need to be together to work

I just pressed buttons and got it working, I have mine in the car & connected via Bluetooth to my phone & it’s great, I can play my music from the phone and answer calls on it, volume is also brilliant on it,

Is the M a mute button?

M button is multi function button. On/ off and switch to revert to talking by phone and not via the unit. Maybe other functions as well -???

is their a manual for this product as my one has stopped working
