Sharp.
Cut myself without even knowing it on my first use! Sharp....very sharp! These knives are thinner than expected, it was pleasant surprise. The cut as advertised, great starter set.So nice.
User
Great knives
As always shins are great! I like these even more than my classic line knives to be honest, they just don’t have the same selection of knives. Regardless if you’re looking for a basic set of knives this is an excellent choice, they are comfortable in the hand and razor sharp!
User
Superb knifes
Super sharp, well balanced knifes
User
Wife loves them
Best gift I’ve given her in a while. Nice sharp knives, easy to strop and refine the edge
User
Rust, do not buy!
Lifetime Shun fan of 30 years. Newest addition and pure rust after only a month. Also do not hold an edge. Amazon won't return after 45 days.

WellWorth the $$$
Everything about these are awesome. Perfect sizes and very very sharp!!!!
User
Low quality steel and don't hold an edge
Great at first.Low quality steel. These knives dull very quickly, and do not hold an edge. They are NOT a comfortable knife. If you are using a knife for a lot of cutting, these things will wear out your hand quickly.
User
A must have for Chef's and those who think they may be.
Awesome!!!!!!
