Very tasty and you can tell it's high quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SUPERB *by D***N on December 6, 2024* I don't write many reviews but when a product is as outstanding as the OneRoot Raw Buckwheat honey I received today I am happy to leave one. This honey is exquisite. If you don't like it then you probably simply don't care for buckwheat honey. I'm sure it's not for everyone. It's much darker than most honey with a very bold taste. I would describe it as earthy, nutty, toffee like. It's also a little less sweet than other honeys. Aside from it's numerous health benefits I think this would be fantastic drizzled on oatmeal. I can also see using it in glazes and BBQ sauces. Because the flavor is very intense it would overpower delicate flavors. I doubt there is any higher quality buckwheat honey out there.
