**Q: I normally wear a half-size. Do you recommend rounding up or down?**
A: For comfort purposes go a size up. FYI...I work in a haunted house and have to stand for 5 to 7 hours a might. I love these shoes. I do purchase a new pair every year because I wear them so much. They are pretty comfortable for this type of shoe

**Q: I see two versions of the black shoes. How can i be sure i get the pair i order? I don't want the style with the very long pointy toes.**
A: make sure you have  the SKU number on your order.

**Q: Are the lace holes gold or silver?**
A: They are gold on both the black boots and the brown boots I purchased. I would have preferred silver, but gold is acceptable.

**Q: Is a size 12 true to size or smaller?**
A: I bought  a size 7 and it was true to fit but I returned item due to how the top of boot guy. There was excess of boot material that caused bubbling effect
