Review: not seperated - thank you for this product this is the only brand I want and the texture and consistency of the cheese is exactly as it should. I got lied to and ripped off 2 times from the other people I tried to buy this from I ordered it and they substituted it for a brand that had been frozen-thawed and separated. I had to throw it out. and it was not till I complained that they listed the brand as out of stock. so I am really happy with this product, thank you! P.S. this is the only brand that gives me that .8 extra ounce so I do not have to buy another one and waste most of it because of my recipe. that's one reason why it is important that I get this brand.
