It's very easy to install and adjust. I spent about an hour getting it just right before packing it up togo hunt. I use the replacement seat in a Summit goliath climber. The pad is very thick so it takes a bit of getting used to packing up your stand. It's still very comfortable to carry, just a bit more bulky. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my other climber. I also bought the rain cover. They work pretty good, but if you dont secure your seat tight enough you will get rain in it. The back is thinner than original seat and the rear strap is elastic, not nylon. When sitting in these type of seats, I prefer nylon on the back so it can hold the rear up and creat a good posture. Plus, I’m afraid the elastic could break.
