I decided to purchase one band from each of three different companies to compare them and I was totally satisfied with Viking Strong.After months and months of use in my crazy and creative workouts, the band shows no wear or tear. It hasn't had a ton of use since it's in my bag, but it has been used nearly every day for that year.The band is well-made and balanced. It provides solid resistance. It hasn't warped at all.It does, however, still have a chemical feel and smell to it, which gets on your hands. Who cares? You're covered in chalk and sweat already.Great value, great band to have for assistance and resistance in workouts. So great customer service! One more thing - I had purchased the purple band because that was the one suggested for a person who is 85-120 lbs and can do 0-5 unassisted pull-ups. It gave much more assistance than what I wanted - I basically wasn't required to do anything when I tried doing a pull-up. So I purchased the red band and that one was perfect.
