They replied overnight (WOW!) and said pre-drilling is NOT necessary but I could use 3.2mm (1/8"). I ended up NOT pre-drilling.

A: Yes, 2 hinges and everything else so you can fully install the gate (screws, adjustment key for the self closing tension)

**Q: Will these hinges allow the gate to open a full 90 degrees?**
A: I believe so. They work great, they are in a property we have out of state so I can’t be sure 100%.

**Q: What size gap (between the support post and the gate) are these hinges designed to work with?**
A: Ideal gap between the gate and the post is 20mm
