The steel strap which is riveted to the mount can be spun around if needed. The only reason for four stars is the price is a little steep, but you get what you pay for.It looks really cool, but unfortunately, I ended up mounting it under the lid in the left rear console of my 04 Yukon XL. I kind of would have liked to have it displayed, not only because it looks like something you'd see in a fire truck or race car, but so that others in the vehicle would know it was there in case I was incapacitated. Unfortunately, with most of the other places I would have liked to have mounted it, it probably would have become a 5lb projectile in a serious wreck. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small. It's smaller than a large pop bottle. For the money, you're better off buying a less expensive model, especially if, like me, you are buying it for your Jeep and planning on mounting it on your roll bar.
