She's only had it for about a week now, but we're generally pleased. There's no additional equipment, other than the charger, which is a standard cell phone charger. The system was very easy to get working and the monitoring service seems reasonably priced. It should work anywhere there's T-Mobile coverage. Speech quality when conversing with a receptionist is tinny and distorted but acceptable for the application, especially considering all of the engineering challenges. Claimed battery life is two months between charges.
