FW - Electronics helped me visually identify the core types and sent the correct (though properly labeled) toroid cores without cost to me, and let me keep the incorrect toroids (which I still will readily put to good use at my QTH or to a deserving ham learning to use RF chokes). My point in this detail is I appreciate great products and great service. But I appreciate it so much more when things *don't* go well and the company and staff make it right. Nobody's perfect, but making it perfect when it isn't shows me the company appreciates the customers' work product and respects their own.
