It's delicious, sure, but it never looked much better than a crumpled-up wad of paper (if paper was actually gyoza wrappers). With this incredibly simple little press, I can finally crank out gyoza that looks as good as I feel after making gyoza that looks this good.It actually lets me make it FASTER than by hand, too, which is a major bonus (I don't know how I manage to be both slow AND terrible at closing them up, but I am) so I can go from "hey, lets make gyoza for dinner" to "wow, that was good I'm glad we did that" in less time than ever before.
