Nicely chrome plated steel with no burrs or sharp edges. It's a Rainbird product, so I can assume it fits the Rainbird mini and maxi paw sprinkler "cans". I bought this to see if it also fits the Orbit sprinkler cans and YES it does! Next, will see if Rainbird sprinklers will fit into the Orbit can. Using the wrench does take patience to weed and snake the wrench open end to the bottom of the can. And same with getting it out again.
