You need to use 1-c sterlized boiled water,let cool and add 1/8 teaspoon of boric acid. Make sure acid disolves. I used to 3oz plastic cups I filled mixture to top; then lowwer my eye opened into mixture; for 20 secs. I did before bed! throw out after useing 1 time do not save! when morning came; My eye felt great. Please research for yourself!
