Got stuck in the up position after a week. But returning it is a huge hassle for me. Luckily I got it for $70. The silver is nice for Movies, but I prefer mat white for sports. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It took two tries, but great screen... *by A***Y on November 30, 2015* Like one of the prior reviews, my first screen arrived broken and would not retract. I ordered a replacement that worked perfectly with a smooth, quiet mechanism. No wrinkles in the screen material. The combination with my projector produced a beautiful image with tamer whites, better black levels, and punchier colors than my prior white 1.1 gain screen. There is a slight plastic odor, but nothing terrible. The 92" version had no hot spots, and DLP rainbows were modestly reduced. ### ⭐ Screen would not retract *by J***J on October 25, 2014* Unfortunately this low cost screen was a big disappointment. Instead of slow retraction they should say NO retraction. The screen itself was fine, but I needed a screen that I could retract when not in use. No matter what I did I could not get the screen to go up, and it was permanently stuck in the down position. It wasn't really worth returning, so instead I just used it in the down position for a few weeks until I could replace it. I ended up buying a higher quality screen from a local vendor that worked out well for me. My advice is don't take a chance on this screen if reliable retraction is important to you.
