I put this on my 30 lbg Frenchie who loves to go on walks but has a pulling issue when only on his collar! I got a Medium but it was still a little oversized and not adjustable enough to be snug! However, it still worked perfectly. I would definitely invest in this again! The value of this product was equal in that of what I paid. The Buckles are super stable and hook and unhook so easily! Super convenient! The color I got looked so cute on my frenchie and had such great reflection in the dark! Made walks with my frenchie so much more relaxing when I had more control. It has an optional sliding lock on the front strap to keep it from coming off accidentally. I appreciate the ring in the front also. I also like the fact that you can adjust the neck and the chest straps. My dog was on the borderline between medium and large, but we got a medium because the other harnesses all seem to run large. This one just barely fit in medium but seems to be stretching a little. However, I am only giving it a four because the 3 fasteners are very hard for me to open and there is one that I cannot open at all by myself. They are the kind that click together. Possibly someone with very strong hands could do it, but I cannot.
