Comes with everything you need just make sure you use some sort of putty or silicone to seal it really good to avoid leaks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works and doesn’t fall apart, unlike others. *by B***A on February 3, 2026* Buy this genuine Insinkerator flange, it works perfectly. I bought two other ‘off-brands’ first that seemed OK until I tightened the screws that force the under plate against the underside of the sink, but then the circular retaining clip popped off and the whole assembly fell apart. This insinkerator flange is made of thicker steel but most importantly, it has a subtle improvement over the knock-off brands - the underplate has several small ‘pimples’ that stick out and grip the retaining ring so it can’t pop out once the screws are tightened. I’m happy with this product!
