Review: Great pack, long lasting temperatuee - Has been working great for my tenis elbow. It holds the cold temperature for a very long time, easy to put in once you get the trick of it, comfortable, and just all around a great pack. I can see it working for a knee or other apendage if needed. If you need a pack for iving down an elbow or elbow tendons, don't think much more than this one.

I really like these. It can be used for several injuries that might happen. I’ve used them for planters fasciitis in the past but after a tumble, it works on my elbow and my knee! Worked perfectly! Should be in everybody’s medicine arsenal!
