Just as you expect.
Just as you expect from Arisaka. Perfect holes, great fit and finish and sturdy standard exceeding hardware. I used this to mount my Streamlight HL-X and it went on smooth. Factory lock tight came preapplied. It brought the light closer to my brake while not having to worry about the mlok barely have a gap from the gas block. Garandthumb puts these on all of his lights, so I said that I’ll give a try and I am not disappointed. I will more than likely be using Arisaka mounts on all of my Armalite style defence tools from now on. Will buy again.

Simplicity at its finest
Arisaka is known for their quality and simple mounts. I have this mounted on a Geisselle Rail with a Cloud Rein 2.0. Fit and finish is solid, and I have found no issues. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a simple yet solid mount for their light. This should be compatible with Surefire, Modlite, Cloud, and Streetlight rifle lights (or similar). Meaning that you can swap it around to different builds and lights without worrying about compatibility.

which is great. Very low profile
This thing is dope. I mounted a Streamlight ProTac to mine, everything fit perfectly. mount is solid, is smaller than it looks in the picture, which is great. Very low profile, very nice seamless mounting option. Unfortunately with my rail setup and where I wanted the light mounted, I did have to file away some space on the screw on my front backup sight to get the light to fit where I wanted it. Obviously that's no fault of the mount itself, it's just an issue of space and each rail setup will be a bit different. If you happen to have a Geissele MK8 handguard with Magpul MBUS irons, be aware that you will have to do some filing to get the light to fit at the 45 degree offset area on the rail.
