I have an old surefire flashlight made for the NRA the push button on the end cap,is there a replacement

I would say it is time to upgrade.. The lights made for groups or events are typically less quality. I would look at getting a new light. The scout is one of the best out there!

Will this fit the Fury?

Not really sure, I believe it only fits the Scout series of lights. You may try checking surefire.com or contacting Surefire. Sorry I couldn't be anymore help.
