As a sport scientist I know how difficult it is to efficiently combine different workout exercises in under one hour.The creator Raitis has profound knowledge of strength training and with his energetic personality he is simply the perfect motivator for anybody who is still in doubt. He explains all exercises very well and his enthusiasm is contagious. This way he kept me on board, even on difficult days.There are some exercises in the program that are really advanced so even when you progress (or for someone like myself with several years of sports studies and workout experience), there are a lot of challenges to face.What was new to me is the part about meditation and visualization. I really had to get into this at first which was not easy for me as a very active person.
