I have never used a polycarbonate mold before, so I wasn't sure how it would work out and let me tell you, I am now hooked!!! I "painted" the chocolate on twice, putting in the refrigerator in between and after...the ones that didn't just pop out with my finger grabbing them came right out when flipped upside down and given a tap on the table!!! Great detail, nice and shiny (which I was worried about) and made a lot at once so I didn't have to mess around for a long time to make as many as I needed!!!
