I searched high and low for a wider based one and found this one. I have not been disappointed as it sits perfectly on my gas hob and does not tilt when empty. The wok balances well and is nice and solid and well made and easy to clean. Heat distribution is also very good. Cooks the food evenly. Well pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb Frying Pan! Slight design fault with handle. *by S***E on 12 March 2021* Excellent product, heavy flat base which is great for my ceramic hob. I never wash my pans, I wipe them out whilst warm with a piece of kitchen paper. Really good non-stick surface. Just watch out for any annoying design fault. The base of the handle gets really hot. My son picked up on this issue without me mentioning it too. Once burned you learn to stay clear of it.
