Arrived faulty and scratched. *by A***L on January 4, 2024* I love playing pokemon go, and therefore was very excited to recieve this watch. When it finally arrived after just 2 days, I opened it and tried to turn it on. Nothing happened. There are no buttons on it or anything. I figured it must be dead so I plugged it into a charger for at least 30 minutes and again, nothing happened. The screen remained black and blank. I let it charge for a while and read the instructions on the box. When I attempted to download the specified app on my phone, it said "app is unavailable because it was made for and older Android model." I decided to try and download it on my iPad instead, which did have the app, however, when I pushed the bluetooth "connect" button it never was able to find anyting, despite Bluetooth being turned on via iPad and never having issues connecting to anything else. I did research online and tried everything i could find, including closing the pokemon go app and downloading the app from the Go-tcha Evolve webisite. I also noticed that the screen was scratched upon arrival, which you can see in my picture. Overall I am very disappointed that this item doesn't work. I may have received a faulty watch but unfortunately I am so disappointed that I'm not even willing to try another one.
