The texture is not sticky, but it provides added grip. I'm not sure what the purpose of the wrist strap is, but I guess it's a nice little option if needed.

Nice fit for the Shield remote. It gives a little thickness around the buttons to prevent accidental presses. The remote slides in nicely. The texture is not sticky, but it provides added grip. I'm not sure what the purpose of the wrist strap is, but I guess it's a nice little option if needed.
