Free Shipping on Eligible Items Review: SO GOOOOD - I got a wee bag of this at a shop when visiting the city and fell in love, but it isn't available around home so I searched for a source online. At first I thought the price on this was high, but it's actually a huge bag! Consider that many of the treats in the mix are puffed and very light, so it takes a lot to make up a kilo. Nice zipper and mylar to keep it fresh a long time too so don't let the large amount scare you. I think you could keep it fresh a long time if you carefully squeeze the air out when you close it. But it's so tasty I don't think mine will last long lol! IMHO this is the best flavour out of the series. Hot enough but not too hot. Enough raisins and peanuts to balance the other flavors but not so many they overpower the other ingredients. Beautiful blend of spices, with fennel and coriander standing out but tiny hints of other interesting things like cardamom and mint. My only concern was the palm oil- usually a very unethical thing to buy. But a quick google shows that Haldiram's is a member of India’s Sustainable Palm Oil Coalition, so they are trying to source their oil from the good plantations and encourage others to do so as well! Of course it's still not the healthiest oil but that doesn't matter on a treat where the portion is rather small. Resist eating a bag a day if you can, and it's all good lol!
