I have a small holiday home in Spain. The terracotta tiles are possibly 40 years old. To my knowledge they have never been serviced. They were bleached, stained and dull. For some years I’ve been saying I must do something about them. So I gambled on this restorer. The first picture is before I started. The second half way through the 1st coat. The 3rd after 2 coats. I’m very happy with the result. They have the colour back and look refreshed. I’m stopping at 2 because I don’t want them to go a deeper shade. The floor is about 4 meters x 2. I still have enough for a 3rd coat easily.

I used on tiles that surround log burner hearth, so well used daily. It still looks like new, does not come off on cloth when cleaned daily. I used very little so will touch up again after burner goes back to summer mode! Easy to apply and if like me you did not wear gloves, don’t worry, washes off easily. It’s an instant fix, waited the recommended hour after applying and wow factor crept in!

Does exactly what it states on the bottle, will buy again. Good price only put 2 coats on My floor tiles.

This is total rubbish!! It does not shine at all just watery cannot even bother sending it back

Having followed the instructions implicitly, I have to say the results were very disappointing. Yes, the terracotta tiles were looking nice and resonant (after two coats) but shine??? Zip, zippy, nicht, No. If you look at the image on the can you'd be fooled into thinking, like I did, that effect could be achieved. No way do my tiles, which ironically, are almost exactly the same as the ones shown in the can photo, look anything like they do. I am going to have to buy a tile polish to give them the shiny, semi-gloss I was hoping this purchase would achieve. So if you're looking for 'shiny' as well as color restoration you might want to consider your purchase of Tableau Terracotta Tile Liquid Shine.

Did what I wanted. ..My floor is much improved. Not perfect but I am happy with results. I used a paint roller to apply and put on 3 coats Before and after pictures.

No problem with product but as with the red polish it is hard to get an exact colour match. Only hides light blemishes,
