Has a flashing led when working please? need this feature for a specific purpose. most/all branded ones seem to have done away with this? thanks :)

I don't have a 128, only a 16gb, and it does have a flashing light, but on one side only

Is this compatable with a Toshiba 43lktv for recording

I can't say for sure, as I have neither tried it nor read the TV manual. If the TV records to a USB memory device, the device is formatted to the standard the TV requires, and the device capacity does not exceed the TV's limits, there's no reason why it shouldn't work.

Does this use an sd card? Does it save to the stick without a card? Thanks.

It is just a usb stick you can plug into a device (eg computer). You can plug in an sd card separately into a device and a usb stick like this one to transfer files that way

Hi, I got an Error code -43 what does that mean?

That's a kernel stopcode for a device driver error. Short version: it means the system has shut down the device.
