Then plug it back in and it will probably work. I threw a couple of them away before I discovered that they just need a reset. The older pads don't do this, just the newer ones. Try it! **Q: I see infraredis listed but,I dont see any lights. Please clarify. Thanks** A: lights just tell you heating level of pad. **Q: Since there is no temperature control. What is the max temperature for this one?** A: I believe the max temp is 167f or around there. **Q: will heating pad stay on for longer than 1 hour?** A: This one, unfortunately, has a button that you have to hold down for as long as you want the heating pad to work. I bought this by mistake once. I love this brand and always come back!! So I highly recommend you seek out the one that is about $5 more that has a time and temp control setting that, to answer your question, goes up to 160 minutes. They are great pads. Hope this helps!! ## Frequently Bought Together - Medical Grade Heating pad with Auto Moist Heat by Thermotech - High Heat Heating Pad for Back Pain and Cramps - Versatile Medium Analogue - 14" x 17" - with Manual Clicker Controller - TENS 7000 Digital TENS Unit with Accessories - Muscle Stimulator Machine for Back Pain Relief, Sciatica, Neck, Nerve, Shoulder, Hip, Elbow, Muscle Pain Relief - Heating Pad,Electric Heating Pads for Back,Neck,Abdomen,Moist Heating Pad for Shoulder,Knee,Arms and Legs,Dry & Moist Heat & Auto Shut Off Birthday Gifts for Women Mothers Day(Light Gray, 24''×12'') --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/22616015-thermotech](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/22616015-thermotech) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
