It includes 36 vitamins, minerals, and herbs, plus probiotics, which is a great combo. Also noticed slight improvements in hair and skin health. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. Definitely a great value for 120 tablets

B12 is not as per RDA and many,while brand is promoting as everything is 100% RDA.
Maximum Vitamins are 50 to 60% RDA, B12 is 45% only.

Not good as expected!
Not good as expected. Consuming it over a month but no results. I’ve tried other brands before and those were much far better but this one is out from my list!
