It works perfectly. The only thing for which I would take a star is the fact that it takes a whole day to update the laptop, you have to update windows too and the bios had to be updated as well. Other than that, it's great! Pros: - Snappy for it's price - Screen is incredibly bright, way beyond what I had expected - No bloatware except for maybe Alexa but that can be uninstalled quickly - I can run MGTA maxed out at 1080P and it runs pretty well (Had to test the GPU hah) - Surprisingly well built except for the front edges which feel a little sharp but it's passable for the price - Is not a fingerprint magnet!! Meh: - After updates, installing office and college apps, you end up with 150GBs~ - If you want to update Windows and the bios, you have to lose the windows S mode (doesn't really impact the performance to be honest) Cons: - Touchpad has a certain click sound when I tap it (not click it) that feels almost like if it's loose but when you check real close is NOT. Feels weird at first but if you mess around enough with the touchpad it feels solid (it has a mechanical click function which also feels pretty solid) - Computer seems to get a little bit hot when running CPU intensive tasks (relative to its CPU), such as playing MGTA while listening to a youtube music video - Keyboard feels a little bit chunky at first but the tactile feeling when using it compensates the fact that it's a little bit bigger than what I would've preferred - I knew the speakers weren't going to be great and I was spot on. Although they get loud, the sound is just not right. I thought of this in advance and added a pair of apple's earpods with the 3.5MM plug solely for this Can't think of anything else really important, it covers everything I needed. I only wish it had a backlit keyboard but at this price you really can't complain for what you get.

I am very happy with this laptop, and the selling vendor did a great job of delivering the right product and shipping it promptly.

This is my second time buying this laptop for business use, and I really like how it performs for everyday tasks. The only issue is that this unit does not have the touchscreen capability that was advertised. I assumed the feature might be turned off, but after checking the settings, there is no touchscreen option available. That was a major disappointment since it was one of the reasons I chose this model. It’s still a good laptop overall, but it’s missing an important feature I paid for.

I like the size & weight. I replaced a Chromebook so I'm pleased with the screen size. After several weeks of use, this laptop just quit. The Lenovo service center was great. After explaining the issue, they sent a prepaid label for me to return it for evaluation. I got an e-mail every other day, informing me that they had received it & the progress of the repair. They ended up replacing the motherboard & the laptop was returned to me in a week. It has worked perfectly since then. Sometimes you get a lemon. Lenovo stood behind their product & made it right, with good communication & in a timely manner.

Received this Lenovo idea pad 3i on Dec 1 '23. Screen went black one month later, Jan '24. Called Lenovo, they sent me FedEx shipping box. I returned it to them immediately and got computer back approx first of Feb with the information that they had reinstalled the operating system and tried to sell me extended warranty Yesterday, 3-28, about 60 days after first repair, got black screen of death again. Called Lenovo and they sent me repair process again. I told them I wanted refund or new machine. I was told I had to get Amazon to do it. Amazon told me I had to get Amazing Warehouse Deal, the vendor who sold me the laptop, to do it Amazing Warehouse Deal told me 30 days were up, could not return or refund. The laptop is not quite 4 months old and has gone belly up twice already. I would not buy Lenovo or anything else from Amazing Deal Warehose again and I am having my doubts regarding Amazon

My nephew recommended this for me. It’s what I needed. I find it’s easy to use. I’m not a computer wiz. I’m glad with help I got it.

I chose this because of the size so we could watch movies on Hulu etc. I also chose it because it has so much memory/space. My biggest complaint is having to do some work around to be able to access Google docs etc easily. Otherwise it tries to take you to its programs first so if you use those programs you should be fine. I'm a Google office user. The other biggest complaint I have is it does not come with word so I have to pay $100 or so a year for that. Because of this when I buy another computer I will probably go with a different one that has word included for free.

After a two months of using, there's a line that suddenly occur on the screen of my camera, called the customer service but no help since the warranty has expired. Good thing I called Lenovo and they were able to repair my laptop within a month though.
