When I tried to download the EzPro DJ app on both Google Play and the Apple App Store, I couldn't find it. When I called Jakks customer service, the rep said the app is no longer available. Only on older systems. She said I would need to downgrade to a 7.2 or older on apple or 4.0 or older on android systems. I'm not even sure if this is possible! SHe said the company chose not to upgrade the app to keep up with the constant upgrades to systems. If this is the case, then why continue to sell a useless product????? She said I was welcome to try to use it with another app if I could find one that works! this is the last time I will purchase a product from Jakks! I contacted Amazon and let them know about this problem and suggested they remove this defunct product, it's truly misleading and nothing more than a huge paperweight! For this app I paid $8 or 9 dollars for it and I'm having a blast. So yes folks.......stay away from the EZ pro DJ Turntable. Do not be suckered into buying this product. Please take our word for it. I downloaded the 'free app' for android and all it says is, "Coming Soon" and indicates it works with iOS right now. I called the company and their only reply is that they are still waiting on the developer to get it finished for Android and they aren't sure when that will be! Why claim something works and try to sell it when it isn't working at all yet?!?!
