Can you turn off the light like you can bluetooth?

Dear Customer, No, you can not use the bluetooth to turn off the light, in fact, there is a button on the surface of the dry bag, you can turn on/off the light by pressing this button. Hope these could help you. Any problem, welcome to contact us via service@qoolife.co, we will reply to you in 12 hours. Wish you and your family happy always. Best Regards Qoolife Service Team

can it be used to charge other devices?

Not sure. But, just going off the size of the solar panel I don't think it would charge much. That and it only has the micro USB input to charge itself.

Can the straps be used around your waist, such as for swimming?

It goes on your back it's a good size

Can you link 2 of these together?

Never tried, the speaker works well for me. I’m assuming you’re asking if Both speakers work , together on SAME BLUETOOTH? I have often thought of that with the many components that I have, but I have never tried it. And if you’re asking if both of the bags were clipped to each other well… Of course I haven’t been much help but that’s my experience kind of none 😩 But I really like this dry bag it’s awesome out on the water👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤗
