Well, this book is definitely a great tool for self-examination! It's a sort-of workbook that helps you to organize your goals and dreams, and then, once you have these things down on paper, you can thereby turn them into achievements. I have profitted from the book, and have also given it to the young men, with whom I work at a Youth Correctional Facility, who are striving to turn their lives around. The book has gone over extremely well with the young men, and I will probably incorporate this book into a regular part of our Leadership/Transitional course. The book is inspirational and motivating. It is also well thought-out and effective.
