No fault of the company. It finally arrived and I'm happy with my purchase. It's quite stiff which I wanted. It has a nice mesh compartment for my keyboard, flash drive, ear phones and cords. It has a velcro band that attaches across my tablet holding it in snug. The zipper is sturdy which was very important to me. I'm using it with a Lenovo tab that has the large barrel battery cylinder on one side. It was hard finding something to fit it with that thick side and odd measurements. Since it got lost in transit I got in touch with customer service and was answered the same day. Got to give an A+ to them on the quick response. I can't take away stars because the mail people screwed up.
