A good plastics engineer could redesign it stronger. My bet is this is less than $3 to make so take some profit and redesign the clip hinge. Every review here says the same thing, yet Tandem refuses to redesign the case we all have to use. I had to go to the actual Tandem Diabetes website to see that.I called Tandem to see if they have any other cases besides tFlip leatherette case( clip is RIDICULOUSLY tight) and they stated no. The CS rep offered to send a list of websites that may POSSIBLY be able to fit the tFlex. Good CS, yet bad design on the company to have had an insulin pump out for at LEAST a year and no other options.Give CS a 5, product design and hearing a client a 3...After reading the reviews here, it seems that Tandem isn't quick to update product design or do they even read the reviews? ### ⭐⭐ Basically junk, but its the only option *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2016* for such a sleek pump, the accessories Tandem makes for the T-Slim are garbage. This is my second clip in a year. The way the clip is positioned makes the pump top heavy, so if you are just clipping it to your shorts or underwear, its balance is off and constantly tries to topple over.
