Wow I'm amazed at this product! I have very bad neck posture and have done for years. I have tried all sorts of contraptions and have also seen a chiropractor but couldn't afford many sessions as they are very expensive. I saw this and was once again sucked in and bought it not expecting it to really help. But I have to say I have used it twice for 5 mins each time and I can already see an improvement. You do have to follow the instructions carefully and although it is fairly comfortable to lie on, it does make me feel a little light headed but I think that is because the neck is being stretched and its not used to being in that position. Therefore I am only using it for 5 mins twice a day for a while and then will hopefully go to ten mins. I don't think this is a cure for bad posture and I will probably have to use it every day but so far I am very impressed and would recommend highly.

I suffer from migraines and have a flat neck so I've started working on my posture by actively reminding myself to sit and stand streight and it has been working for the last two weeks, but I wanted to potentiate the results with this neck traction/relaxer device. It arrived last night and I used it for around 10-15 mins. I tried it both ways, but mostly on the gentle side as it was my first time. While on it, I could feel it working a little because I felt soreness in my neck, specifically more on the right side and near the shoulders, but I didn't feel any pain. (Yesterday, during the whole day, I felt some pressure on the right upper side of the head irradiating to my right eye.) When the 10-15 mins passed I had to very gently sit up helping the movement by holding my head with both hands because that's when I realised that a lot had happened since I had lain down. I could feel changes and soreness in the muscles in my neck and also in the muscles in my head, and when I tried to move my head to the sides I felt like a string of pain from the right neck base to the right eye. Little by little it started to fade away and when I felt more normal I got up. Then I sat in front of the computer to read and noticed some tingling sensation in my fingers first, and then the hands. And another thing I felt was like my face was on fire (haha), like really hot for a few minutes. Well, that has been my experience so far. I will try to update it in a few days. So far, I am happy.

This is ok it did relieve my very sore stiff neck but it’s very fiddly to get inn the correct place also asi have very long thick hair I felt that my head was resting on it rather than being unsupported I did try many ways of putting it out of the way but yes I would still recommend it as it did actually work

I have had a trapped nerve in my neck for the past 3 weeks and this has worked wonders getting the vertebrae to relax! It doesn't solve the problem, but it does help with the healing process by giving my neck (and nerves) some breathing space for 10-15 minutes. Given the pain that I experience, mainly when sleeping, I have found myself drifting off while using this device, that's how much it helps! It's sturdy, has a great fit, and is easy to position, especially with the instruction to allow the head to be approx. 1cm off the floor. Highly recommend this!

Like many of you reading this review, I have been on the eternal quest to find that one thing that will fix my back and eliviate all that pain. I have tried every amazon product from foam rollers and back stretchers to massage chairs and massage guns. When you're in this position and can't bare thr pain any longer, you buy a product like this knowing that there is a slim chance it will work - but you'll take any slim chance to get rid of the pain! My partner laughs everytime I order a new piece of plastic or electronic massager that ends up shoved in cupboard of shame after rolling around on it for a few weeks in front of the TV. I've seen professionals and paid a lot to have someone frequently poke me about - as many of you probably have. All that said, this might be 'the one'. Who would have thought a £16 blue piece of plastic from China would be it - but sometimes life is funny like that. I lay down on the floor and placed it under my neck. The instructions say to hold your hands up above your neck and push your elbows 90 degrees (like a horizontal handstand). Actually the instructions don't really describe it well so that's why I marked it down to 4 stars. The arms above the head ensures that there is enough weight pulling down onto those pressure points that will start to numb the back of the neck and the spine. Now my one REALLY USEFUL TIP that they don't tell you - but it is the same for all these products - deep breathing is absoulety key to this. Breathing deep helps your muscles release, and ultimately lower your body into a calm state where the pressure points can really active. The deep and longer your breaths the better. The other thing that they don't tell you - or at least this happens to me and maybe there is something wrong with me - is that your arms stop working completely and you feel really high for about 20 mins afterwards. I don't know if this is a result of the acupuncture in the spine or blood rushing to other places - but it feels great. Long story short I would recommend this product at this price.

I have been using the neck stretcher and I am very pleased with it. I ordered it because of a slight problem with posture and it is definitely helping. My shoulders are more relaxed. I would advise to give it a couple of days to get used to it. Use it with legs bent. It is certainly good value. I will continue to use this product and thanks.

I’ve been looking for something to correct a small “dowagers hump” and the associated cervical and thoracic pain. For example, if I haven’t slept on my ergonomic (cheap version) pillow, I get horrendous pain just doing my morning stretches. Yes, I’m aware that makes me sound w@nky but we do what we can within our means to feel better, right? I’ve tried this for a few days and although (obviously) no change in hump, the morning pain isn’t there, so yay! Things to note: 1) instructions are laughable (apparently a cause of neck pain is a “cold, wet intruder”). So look at the diagrams. For first uses, lay on the floor, rest your neck on the most vertical side (the bit without the lumps). Putting arms by your head (as if you’re about to raise the roof, ravers!) is KEY to getting that stretch. Yes, your arms will feel numb and it might be uncomfortable 2) it will be sore when you move off. I have done ten mins a day and when I first get off it… yikes. It settles down quickly. 3) you might feel light headed for a bit after 4) if you have an injury, this won’t be for you. Talk to your dr or physio.

Esto es una herramienta que te ayuda a estirar las vertebras del cuello, y hay que usarlo bien. ¡OJO! ¡SI NO LO COLOCAS BIEN, TE PRESIONARÁ LA BASE DEL CRÁNEO Y TE GENERARÁ VÉRTIGO/MAREO! Las reseñas que comentan que provoca esto es porque no lo han colocado lo suficientemente abajo para que la cabeza quede "colgando" por encima, quedando CASI tocando el suelo (a 1cm del suelo, como indica el papelito de las instrucciones). Procurad colocarlo bien y no os dará mareo ni vértigo, y como indican las instrucciones, SE COLOCA 8min AL DIA, no es para dormir ni nada parecido, es para que las vértebras del cuello estén en su posición ergonómica, descarguen tension y se estiren.

I LOVE THIS THING! I have been battling ongoing headaches for weeks without any known health issues but with a desk job and stiff neck. Tried 9 different pillows rotating each every 2-3 nights and still - nothing seemed to help. This little gem here is so simple yet so effective! 10-15 min a day and my headaches are GONE! Already during the first time I laid on it I noticed immediately a slow burn on my right neck side (the one with more stiffness), then dumb pain, relieving stretch and then my neck felt like new! Definitely recommend for people suffering from headaches due to stiffness in the neck.

Souffrant d'arthrose cervicale depuis des années et souffrant beaucoup ces derniers temps, j'étais a la recherche d'une solution permettant de me soulager. J'étais assez perplexe sur l'intérêt de cet "oreiller" ( ça n'en est pas vraiment un puisqu'on ne peut l'utiliser que 30' 2 fois par jour). J'ai été agréablement edes la première utilisation par une baisse significative de mes douleurs alors que j'étais en pleine crise aiguë. Ce n'est pas spécialement confortable puisque assez dur mais ça soulage vraiment. Je le recommande sans hésitation.
