Weeeeell, took a while to scrub the pan clean & fixin' to try this again. Done a real seasoning before I attempt this again. Perfect size for biscuit egg and chez with your choice of meat (my biscuit cutter is a modified catfood can [catheads]). Works well to make croissant egg and cheeses also. Keep 'em seasoned. Gonna do brownies one more time. As far as durability, oops put them in front of my mailbox and I ran tbem over as I couldn't see them. They're cast iron and how durable does that get?
