Made out of high quality material and has a rubberized clamp to reduce shock vibration or damage to whatever you intall it to. I use it on my MTB on very rough technical trails and never had a problem with picture quality. Oops Problem Solved *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2014* Bought this for my son. He did not use it for several months due to bad weather in WI. So I am past the return deadline, my bad. After riding three blocks the camera is so loose that he removes it because he is afraid it will fall off. I am going to try adding a small o-ring under the screw to act as a "lock" to prevent the screw from turning loose. I'm not upset regarding the return policy, circumstances forced me to miss the deadline.I initially contacted Drift because I thought I purchased it from them. They said it may is most likely a bad mount and they would provide a replacement. My guess is that they will not replace it because I bought it through Amazon. I will still try.Update 6/7/14I am providing an update to my post. As it turns out we were able to get this mount to work properly. Here is what we did wrong. The screw that mounts the universal clip to the camera has a very small Phillips screw socket. We did not realize that you should tighten the screw by torqueing on the "finger bar" that is built into the clip. Did this today and the camera did not come loose during a 20 mile ride. And by the way, Drift did offer to provide a new mount. I don't seem to be having an issue with vibration/jittering of the camera footage.
