Pulling water from containers is not what I thought it makes an horrendous noise while in action, Thought the pressure washer going to overheat and stop working.

This along with its associated AVA pressure washer is a quality product. However, it is described as Self Priming. Having followed instructions on product videos, I could not get this to work with the pressure washer. A replacement also didn't work. A replacement pressure washer similarly failed to work with the 'self priming' hose. Eventually it did work after I manually primed the hose by filling it with water. There is no instruction with the hose or pressure washer advising that this has to be done and the online video showing the application does not show the requirement to prime the hose. This should not be described as self priming. My dealings with AVA were excellent and I am pleased with the pressure washer and hose.

One star for the lack of clear instructions. You need to soak the hose and both ends under water for about 30–60 seconds to get the air out (you’ll see bubbles coming out from one end). Then, take it out of the water and quickly connect it to the pressure washer. Read the Bosch manual if you don’t understand what I’m saying.
