Wonderful machine
Okay, so this review is long overdue. I bought this beautiful machine in December of 24 as a Christmas for myself from my husband and I actually had surgery on Tuesday and that may seem irrelevant but stay with me. On Tuesday of this week 07/14/26 is when my baby decided to start smelling like something was burning and would not turn on. I was devastated 💔. So we pulled out our old single cup, wait a half hour to heat up water, back up and used it until Thursday. Went looking for a replacement, this machine had went up in price by over 50 bucks so I'm not liking the situation already. I found a video on how to fix the problem. The thermostat overheated due to the water tank being off kilter. So the warranty is void anyway, I popped the case off and reset the thermostat with a paper clip, and the machine works perfectly. This is a common issue with this machine apparently. So if this happens don't throw your treasure away, please find the video and try to save your beloved machine.

This is a nice machine
These things break like every two years. The price goes up 25% with each purchase. I was anxious to see if there was a warranty in the packaging and to no surprise there was not. This one has a handle on the reservoir with is an upgrade. Probably my favorite model in 5 purchases.

It's pretty good but it's not a K-Supreme Plus
I love espresso, but I love drip coffee too. In fact, I was an early adopter of Keurig and I've had both the residential and commercial brewers. The truth is I kind of got away from Keurig for awhile because I went on my espresso journey. Well, I'm back and I decided to get a new Keurig. First, I bought the Keurig K-Express because it was slim and cheap. It was good, rather minimalist and I liked that, but after awhile I realized I would like a smaller 6 oz cup. I found the 8 oz (the smallest size of the K-Express) too weak. I decided to upgrade and I was deciding between the K-Elite and the newer K-Supreme. The reason I was considering the the K-Elite because of it's tried and true design, and it has even more brew size settings, and larger water tank. It also gives you strength and temperature control, something the K-Supreme Gen 1 doesn't. In the end I settled on the K-Supreme and bought it because it was a better deal and it has the multi-stream tech. I got my K-Supreme and made a cup. Loved it right away, but then I was browsing around and was a little disappointed when I realized I didn't buy the top of the line residential model. That was my intention. There's a K-Supreme Plus! That's the machine I should have bought, although, it wasn't on sale. The K-Supreme Plus has all of the features of the regular Supreme, but also has all of the extra features of the former top machine, the K-Elite (Temp controls, Strength controls, Individual Profiles, Larger water tank, etc). As far as this K-Supreme machine, the only concerns I have is is super light in weight, and if you read the negative reviews, doesn't have a stellar reliability record. A lot of people complaining about clogged needles. It doesn't feel like substantial machine that's built for the long haul, super plasticky. I can understand why people feel that Keurig quality is slipping in the new machines compared to earlier models. The main issue I have now is I'll always be feeling like I'm missing out, I don't have the best Keurig. The extra features of the Supreme Plus are worth it in my opinion. That said, if you don't care about all of the extra features I mentioned, the K-Supreme Gen 1 will be fine. (There is a Gen 2 K-Supreme that corrects a lot of what's wrong with Gen 1, and that's why Keurig is heavily discounting it, to clear them out.) The bottom line, it's an upgrade over my K-Express, for sure, but I wish I would have bought the fancier K-Supreme Plus. That's just me.

Loyal Keurig User
Perfect for individuals or couples who don't drink enough coffee to make a full pot and waste the rest. My wife and I typically only drink about 3 cups each morning. We used to brew coffee by the pot, but even limiting the brew to four cups, we still ended up wasting a cup. Our previous Keurig K-Supreme stopped working, so we tried another brand that offered both K-Cup and coffee pot capabilities. We were expecting company for Christmas, and this seemed to be a good idea at the time. The Keurig K-Supreme provides a much more robust flavor and gives a comparable amount of coffee in about half the time of the other brand. We purchased the other brand about a month before Christmas, so we could try to adapt to it. After a week, I ordered the K-Supreme and stored it until after the company left at the end of the holidays. The K-Supreme is easy to use, fits on the coffee station counter, and under the cabinet with no problem. If there is any fault with the K-Supreme, it is the tendency to fail after several de-scaling periods. I think the solution would be to de-scale the unit more regularly and not wait until the warning light goes off. It may be the mineral content of our water, but we do use and replace the water filter in the tank regularly. I have seen cleaning tablets offered on Amazon. I plan on giving those a try. The only other nit to pick, and it is probably the result of using fine-ground coffee in the mesh pod that comes with the brewer. We had purchased ground coffee for use in the brewer from the other company. It works just fine and does not pass the fine grounds through the mesh, but the grounds get so tightly packed during brewing that it is difficult to clear the grounds from the mesh cup. After the ground coffee is gone, we will switch to medium grind.

My Caffeine Mistress
I have been using this new coffee maker for about 2 weeks, and I am having a hard time finding anything about it that I do not like. My last Keurig lasted about 13 years, until it bit the dust. Actually it was still providing coffee, but it was weak coffee and it was not piping hot like a good cup of coffee should be. So after 13 years, I had a little shock when I saw the new models and prices. And I liked a few of them, but the K-Supreme just hit my sweet spot. To my surprise, it doesn't disappoint. It offers the ability to have the water reservoir in the back of the machine (my preference) or on the side. Either position is easy to use. It is a slim machine and mine holds enough water to give me about five+ 12 oz. cups of beverage. Having 4 different choices of coffee cup sizes really works in this household. You do not have to turn on the machine in advance or worry about shutting it off. It works independently and for me, a time saver. I hope this baby lasts me at least a few years. If a person could love a coffee machine, I would marry this one ! Worth the price and the quality is sweet.

Awesome coffee machine!
This machine was a long-overdue upgrade from an old Keurig that had been making terrible coffee for the last year or so. And the old machine sounded like a dinosaur in pain when it brewed each cup. This brewer works like a charm. It's fast, quiet, and the STRONG button really works well. It make a delicious cup of coffee! I can't recommend it any more highly! We'll worth the money!

All-Plastic
I have always used Keurig coffee brewers—my first coffee maker was a heavy (tank-like) Keurig brewer I loved, and it lasted for years. Next, I went with the Keurig Supreme Plus Special Edition (also love), and it still performs magnificently, year after year. I bought this model (K-Supreme) for my sister, but I opened it before wrapping it because I wanted to check the quality...I'm glad I did, because I'm very disappointed with this unit (I immediately re-boxed it and returned it within the hour). The plastic Keurig uses nowadays isn't premium or higher-quality; it's chintzy and subpar. The entire K-Supreme unit is lightweight, and there's no way it could stand the test of time (as Keurig brewers always have). The (what appeared to be) stainless steel accents in the Amazon listing images are actually silver-painted plastic. There is virtually no metal on this brewer (possibly a few bits internally, like the five multi-stream brewing needles and the two- or three-prong plug), but that's it! This unit was around $100 and isn't even worth $25 (imo). The actual Keurig site sells their coffee brewers at fantastic prices (which means I can gift my sister the Supreme-Plus Limited Edition for the same price as this poor-quality, all-plastic K-Supreme). I hate seeing a brand I admire (and have always recommended) lower its standards and manufacturing practices/materials, but that is what's happening with Keurig coffee brewers. My advice is to check out the actual Keurig site for the best deals on Keurig brewers.

Great product but it stopped working after 8 months. The warrantee was honored.
I've used Keurig coffee makers for many years. I really like the K-Supreme. It's compact, brews a cup of coffee quickly, has a strong brew option and I like having the serving size options (4, 8, 10 and 12oz). The problem I had is it stopped working after 8 months - it would not power on. Granted I used the coffee maker a lot - 5 to 6 cups a day - but it should last longer than 8 months. My guess, and it's just a guess, is the thermal fuse went - there was a slight "burnt electronics" smell when it stopped working. Keurig did honor the 1 year warrantee and shipped me a brand new replacement unit at no cost and I did not have to return the defective unit. A word of warning, I had to prove the unit was purchased on Amazon and shipped directly by Amazon. Apparently, Keurig may not honor the warrantee if the unit was purchased from a third party seller. The warrantee claim process was challenging at best. The call center is most likely overseas. Information like your email address is repeated back to you in a Alpha Charlie Bravo manner. Even with that, the Agent got it wrong and I waited about a week for an email to start the claims process. A call back confirmand they had my email address wrong. I submitted the required proof of purchased information and my claim was denied. Another call resolved that when I pointed out the receipt showed I purchased the item on Amazon and I told the Agent I had additional proof the unit was shipped directly by Amazon. My claim was then approved and I received a brand new replacement with all accessories in about one week.

Makes great strong coffee.
I like this Keurig coffee machine. I like the matte white finish as it looks so clean. When you have the unit sert for strong coffee, it does make strong coffee which I enjoy. It is quiet and works quickly. It is very stylish.

Looks great, works great -- but the white colour requires more cleaning
Quiet, compact, easy to refill the water, makes great coffee. The pearlized white colour is beautiful but the machine's white backsplash and drip tray require constant wiping and cleaning to prevent staining. The same isn't true for the stainless steel and black models.
