There is no interference between the collars. One is radio, the other is sonic. I am sure the sonic collar (this one) would not interfere with your underground wire fence collar. **Q: I bought an electronic doggy door 2 years ago. The replacement transmitters I have bought are no longer available. Will this one work?** A: Ours is about 2 1/2 years old and we didn’t have any problems getting it to work with the older door.
