I was disappointed with my latest shipment, however, because one of the microfiber heads had defective velcro fastening. When I tried to contact Amazon about returning or replacing it, I found out the item is not eligible for returns or replacement. There’s $7 down the drain. Otherwise, the three others I have are durable and easy to use.
