Only way to fix that is return the item and make sure to get the english version. I do know they have 2 different versions **Q: Can it be turned off?** A: Hi, Yes you can. There is a switch to turn from demo, on and off. **Q: Habla en español?** A: No **Q: Should the wings regularly fall off?** A: I know my daughter pulls the wings off and they click back on, but they don’t fall out, she has to pull.
